The incredibly talented John Umphrey and I had the honor of shooting the marriage of Jon and Heather Thompson back on March 12th. It was a fun wedding, with a great couple, and beautiful weather. Here's some of the highlights:
Jon lifting her dress as they left the chapel.
This is one of my favorite shots from their big day. The wording was loosely visible, and I had to etch in the writing by hand, following the curvature of the glass. It was tedious, but I was overly happy with the end result.
Jon wasn't big on dancing, but he did get out for some fun.
Outside view of the chapel. It was beautiful, but very dark inside (photographers warning).
Heather, outside of the church, as "Here Comes the Bride," begins on the piano.
